Investigation, analysis and problem solving in fast paced and demanding environment.
Actively monitor multiple screens.
Liaise with multiple stake holders.
Deployment and management of resources responding to incidents.
Timely and accurate fault reporting.
Accurately report on actions undertaken and log them within a database
Information processing of emails and telephone calls.
Undertake the management of planned events,
Ability to read a map and have excellent geographic orientation
** Please note this is shift work 24/7, you will have a 20 week roster in advance **
About you:
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Ability to organise own work priorities to meet strict deadlines
Be able to work well in team environments
Have excellent geographic orientation
Can work with multiple screens
Knowledge of the state road network & associated regulations
