Senior Project Manager

Our client is a leading tier-two builder and residential developer that operates in the high-end apartment, commercial, and retail new-build sectors.
Due to a new project win in the Newcastle area, they now have an immediate requirement for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join an established team on a major commercial new build.
This role will see you reporting to the construction manager and working alongside an experienced site manager to deliver an exciting, high-end new build project.
You will be an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in the commercial space. on projects over $30MIL.
