The Role
An exciting opportunity is available in the role of Project Administration Assistant within the PTA’s Infrastructure Planning and Land Services division. In this role you will provide project administrative support and secretarial services to multiple infrastructure planning projects. Additionally, you will contribute to continuous improvement with administrative processes by identifying and recommending improvements within the scope of the position.
Who we are looking for
Ideally you will have considerable relevant experience in providing administrative and/or secretarial support services in an infrastructure project environment, including the ability to take accurate meeting minutes, schedule meetings, and follow up on actions on behalf of the Program and Project Managers. You will also have a demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member, with well-developed communication skills and demonstrated sound organisational and time management skills applied in a project environment.
This is a fixed term appointment up to 30 June 2028 with possible extension and/or permanency.
This selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy. Applicants assessed as suitable during this selection process may be considered for other similar vacancies that occur for up to 12 months.
