The role
As the Senior Mining Rehabilitation Fund (MRF) Compliance Officer, you will manage all administrative, business and reporting functions associated with MRF Compliance. You’ll assess levy reports in accordance with legislative requirements, document and maintain relevant processes and procedures, undertake stakeholder management, and participate in the resolution of issues related to the submission of MRF reports. This position also provides advice on related policies and procedures. In addition, you’ll provide professional, effective and high-quality customer service to all stakeholders.
Drawing on your experience you’ll support the submission of MRF reports by providing advice and support to customers along with preparing documents, including ministerial correspondence, briefing notes, yearly reports and data for public release.

While this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other similar vacancies (permanent, fixed-term, full-time or part-time) within the department for the next 12 months.
