Project Administration & Contracts Officer

An initial 6 month contract for Local Council supporting the Coordinator and Project Managers. Project or Contract Administration experience required.

ABOUT THE COMPANY.

Based in Eastern Sydney, your team is looking for an experienced Project Administrator to assist the team in its day to day operations, providing high-level contracts & Project Administration assistance.
ABOUT THE POSITION.

An initial 6 month contract with ongoing extensions. Reporting to the Coordinator, your experience in construction Project Administrationwill be pivotal in the procurement activities of Council's project delivery.
DUTIES.

• Project administration and contract management services for civil and civic projects
• Attend site visits with relevant Project Managers
• Assistance with procurement, evaluation, reporting and execution of contract milestones
• Coordinate department's correspondence and actioning complaints
• General asset, project and financial management duties

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Professional background in the construction industry
• Experience working in Local Council preferred
• TRIM experience will be highly regarded
• Substantial experience working in a Project Administrationrole
• High level of organisational, time management, customer service & communication skills
