- Answer incoming calls with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Proactively monitor claims ensuring the claims process is in line with required timeframes and requirements
- Support day-to-day operations of administrational tasks including emails, scheduling, coordination and data entry
- Review incoming details of the project, ensuring correct action is being taken at all stages
- Engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and execute documentation to clients and customers, ensuring a high level of accuracy and professionalism
- Effectively correspond with stakeholders within required timeframes, ensuring information is relayed with a high level of accuracy
- You enjoy working with processes and systems and have a distinct eye for detail
- You adapt well to changes in workflow and have the ability to meet KPI's and deadlines
