The Role
We have a rewarding opportunity for a system-savvy Project Administrator to join our Team Support Hub, based in Hendra. The role provides project and system administration support to our project managers and consultants, as well as handling project invoicing and general administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include:
- Receive proposals from project managers and consultants, coordinating requirements such as system setup, project tracking, resource allocation, and invoicing.
- Issue purchase orders, fill out pre-qualification and vendor supplier forms.
- Process invoice requests, ensuring data quality by checking for accuracy and completeness.
- Generate monthly reports to oversee proposals and monitor purchase orders and invoicing activities.
- General administrative support as a member of the Team Support Hub.
About You
We are seeking a person with prior experience in project administration who is ready for a new challenge and who thrives in a friendly and dynamic work setting. Key role requirements include:
- Previous work experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proven ability to use the MS Office suite to intermediate level (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong aptitude for systems with previous ERP system administration experience.
- Process oriented and willingness to follow core internal workflows.
- SAP by Design system experience highly desirable.
