Are you passionate about the intricate workings of projects? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and organisational skills are key? We are seeking experienced Project Administrators in Queensland who are looking for temporary and permanent opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project operations
- Assist in scheduling meetings, minute taking, calendar management, preparing project documentation, and maintaining communication channels to keep all parties informed
- Manage project documentation both electronically and physically, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance with company standards
- Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures
- Keep accurate records of and process expenses, invoices, and purchase orders, and reconcile discrepancies as needed
- Aid in procurement processes by obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries. Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services
- Assisting the project manager and team with research and reporting
- Provide general administrative support to the team as well as ensure the office is running smoothly
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience as a Project Administrator or similar role
- Experience working within the Construction space or similar industry
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite and experience using project management software
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
