Project Administrator

The Role We are currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join a dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support for a variety of projects . You will be required to liaise with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including scheduling and resource allocation
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables are met
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Track project progress and provide regular status reports.
• Assist with the procurement of materials and equipment for projects
• Provide administrative support to the Manager, as required

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Administrator or similar role
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of procurement processes and procedures
• Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders

Must have Full rights to work in Australia.
