MundaMurra is a Tier 1 PAB servicing mining and resources industries and are looking for a skilled and proficient Project Administrator to join the team.
This is a hands on role requires remote work to manage all project administration across three projects in the Pilbara Region. The successful applicant must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position, within the construction industry, and be willing to work remotely on a 2:1 roster. The applicant will manage and coordinate all employee, subcontractor and visitor travel and accommodation arrangements, assist with reporting and accounts/purchasing.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Recent FIFO experience essential
- RTIO and/or Roy Hill Inducted
- Strong administrative experience and ability to manage a busy working environment
- Proficient competency in reporting, MS office suite and Aconex
- Experience working closely with managers, engineers and leaders to offer ongoing support across the project
Project Administrator is responsible for;
- Supporting project management, engineers and owners within the company with all project administration including responding to internal/external enquiries, problem resolution, document control, contracts, variations and programs
- Manage and coordinate all employee, subcontractor and visitor travel and accommodation arrangements, including Rest and Recreation (R&R) flights
- Organise all onboarding of new starters and mobilising team members to different projects across the mine sites
- Prepare and reviewing reports for projects, work hours, contracts to submit to client(s) to meet compliance targets
- Arrange all freight for materials, plant and equipment and orders required for site
- Establish and maintain efficient filing and archiving systems in accordance with MundaMurra procedures and quality control frameworks.
- Manage and respond to general company enquiries and directing them to relevant staff members if required.
- Collecting and analysing data associated with project(s) performance, and reporting
- Work closely with management and support ongoing projects by reviewing variations to work orders, as well as maintaining any registers required
- Manage and apply compliance with the Rostering Guidelines, Leave Entitlements and Termination of Employment Procedures.
- Assist with the data entry of HSE and Contracts Administration requirement
- Establish and maintain all registers in accordance with MundaMurra procedures and quality control frameworks.
- Attend to general incoming queries, directing them to relevant staff members where necessary.
