Location – Canning Vale , WA
Salary – $85k + Super
About the role
- Create and review the manning schedule with project team and revise / action as required.
- Ensure all site-specific requirements are met prior to someone mobilising.
- Create purchase orders and assist with invoices.
- Enter Perth and Site timesheets.
- Arrange management travel for site visits and business development.
- Liaise with casual contractors to secure suitable manning.
- 2 years minimum experience working in the Resource and / an admin / mobilisation role
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office package skills required.
- A high attention to detail with accurate and timely data processing skills
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise.
- The ability to present themselves and the company in a professional manner.
- Someone who enjoys working in a team.
