Project Administrator

Position Title – Project Administrator
Location – Canning Vale , WA
Salary – $85k + Super  
 
 About the role 

• Create and review the manning schedule with project team and revise / action as required.
• Ensure all site-specific requirements are met prior to someone mobilising.
• Create purchase orders and assist with invoices.
• Enter Perth and Site timesheets. 
• Arrange management travel for site visits and business development.
• Liaise with casual contractors to secure suitable manning. 

Key Requirements For Success 

• 2 years minimum experience working in the Resource and / an admin / mobilisation role
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office package skills required.
• A high attention to detail with accurate and timely data processing skills
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise.
• The ability to present themselves and the company in a professional manner.
• Someone who enjoys working in a team.
