About the roleThe Project Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Project Management Team. You will be an integral part of the MSS AU Project Management Team ensuring successful delivery of refurbishment and capital works projects. These projects could include refurbishments, infrastructure upgrades, minor works through to capex programs for various clients from the aged care/ retirement living and/or commercial sector.
You will ensure project processes are developed and maintained, and that all information and documentation including specifications, asset details and works budgets are accurate and recorded – including the preparation and maintenance of client and project job pack, work orders, completion of works, progress supplier invoices and schedule updates in Pronto system.
You will perform a key role within the Project Management team to process or progress client projects, work with Project Managers and Site Supervisors to co-ordinate schedules of works, assignment of subcontractor to budgeted works. You will also follow up suppliers & contractors for invoices, works status, and evidence as per client requirements and desk top auditing of completed works.
At all times, the Project Administrator is responsible for ensuring scheduled work, materials and trade service process complies with company policies, health, safety, and environmental and quality assurances, ensuring services are scheduled using correctly onboarded and accredited trades to meet client needs, allocated works, and budgets.
The Minor Projects Coordinator is an entry level position integral to the Projects Management Team. The incumbent that displays aptitude in this role may be considered for the Company’s Project Management training and development program.

- Demonstrate General Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook essential and Pronto / Rapid experience advantageous).
