Pan Civil is an Australian, family-owned, specialist civil contracting company that has been in operation for over 43 years.
We are looking for a Projects Administrator to join our team to assist with tenders, projects and contract management.
You will be accountable for providing support and assistance with project and contract management related tasks. Your role will entail the preparation and maintenance of quality documentation, assisting with procurement and preparation of claims, and managing all relevant documentation and information for various projects concurrently.
You will be involved in both on-site and off site quality audits and a key person in ensuring feedback from audits are actioned.
To succeed in this role you will ideally have worked in a civil contracting environment and have:
- Proven experience in a similar administrator or project assistant role, or experience within the construction industry.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using Microsoft products
This is a fulltime opportunity and the successful applicant will be required to travel to job sites located around NSW as required.
