CrewSELECT are supporting their client in the search for a part-time Project Administrator in a busy Plumbing business in O'Connor.
About the role:
- Scheduling trades and equipment.
- Test sheet follow ups.
- Coordinating and following up planned equipment/drawings.
- Procurement and contracts admin.
- Getting RFQ (request for quotation) from suppliers for project needs.
- Asses and suggest suppliers to leadership team.
- Answer phones.
- Prepare information for projects.
- Assist with document control.
- Record compliances and manage mobilisations to site.
- General project and commercial admin.
- Permanent part-time role.
- $35 to $38 per hour.
- 2 to 3 days per week.
- Flexible on start times - must be between 6am to 4pm, can accommodate school hours.
- Office based role located in O'Connor.
- Immediate start.
- Proven experience as a Project/Commercial Administrator in a trades based business.
- Proven experience working in a busy office environment.
- Must be proficient using Excel, Outlook and Simpro.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with management and clients.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Drivers license and reliable transportation.
