THE COMPANY & ROLE
This studio has worked locally in Sydney and with Tier 1 & 2 developers on projects ranging from high end boutique apartments to large scale multi residential and commercial developments. The role is ideally suited for an experienced Project Lead or Project Architect with a strong multi-residential background who is up to date with the apartment design guide and is hands on with construction documentation, project delivery and coordination.
$120,000-$140,000 + super (open to discussion)
TYPICAL DAY
- Construction documentation and lead the coordination of large-scale projects
- Run multiple projects and coordinate your team to deliver these projects on time
- Implement your knowledge of all the relevant codes and Australian Standards – also be able to advise and assist the wider team when needed

REQUIREMENTS
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture or equivalent [ESSENTIAL]
- NSW Registered Architect or in final stages [DESIRED]
- Local experience in an Australian architectural office - ideally 3+ years from an overall of 8+ years post grad exp [ESSENTIAL]
- Intermediate Revit [ESSENTIAL]
- Multi-residential project delivery experience [ESSENTIAL]
- Experience with Class 2 Buildings [ESSENTIAL], or Large scale Commercial projects [STRONGLY CONSIDERED]
- Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship [ESSENTIAL]
