About the Role:
The focus of this position is the successful completion and fulfillment of specialist voice and IT related projects requiring a level of expertise beyond the standard provisioning and delivery procedures. This person will maintain a high level of accreditation, development, and training on Broadband Solutions (and group of companies) products and services.
You will be accustomed to meeting project milestones and working with multiple stakeholders on any given project and will work closely with a team of friendly and committed staff across Australia who are genuinely interested in our customers, business success and the needs of others.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Successful implementation of IT projects both small and large
• Provisioning team leader
• Familiar handling multiple ongoing projects at once
• Completion of projects that are on time and on budget
• Visiting project sites as part of larger project workflows
• Co-ordinating with team members and contractors for the completion of projects
• Liaising with providers to ensure key components are delivered to scope.
• Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong presentation skills
• Project Timeline forecasting
• Prepare documentation and training manuals as required
• Work with project management software (such as Monday)
About you:
You will have experience in the following and a tertiary qualification in a relevant field is highly desirable;
• Project Management (particular with IT related projects) Experience
• Accustomed to being a hands on project co-ordinator who is actively part of the team.
• Prince2 or similar qualifications\experience
• Familiar with large voice related projects is desirable
• Familiar with using Project Management software (such as Monday)
• High level of computer skills for presentations and project updates
• Ability to work with complex projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• To be a team player that is reliable, has a willingness to learn and take ownership of projects.
