Project/ Contract Manager

In this role, you'll:

• Aid in the achievement of Transport for NSW and Government road safety, asset management and network efficiency objectives.
• Partnered with the Senior Project Manager, you will work within project development and delivery, management and implementation of bridge and road infrastructure and maintenance projects.
• You will be entrusted with managing project delivery processes including the engagement and management of external contractors and Council Delivery Partners (RMCC Contract) to ensure highway maintenance and construction projects are developed and delivered to agreed time, cost, quality and scope requirements.
• Be involved in the site supervision of projects as an authorised delegate or site engineer under major GC21 conditions of contract at sites throughout the Region.

About you

• A four-year civil engineering degree from an Australian University or equivalent overseas qualifications and demonstrate relevant experience.
• Minimum of six years commercial, government of council experience with an understanding of the project delivery process
• Have effective written and interpersonal experience and be able to work autonomously.
• Possess a current and valid Australian motor vehicle driver license and be willing to work outside regular working hours and travel on occasion.
