SalaryVentia are looking to recruit a motivated Project Coordinator to join our Telecommunications NBN N2P Contract. This is a Monday to Friday position based in Canning Vale with flexible working options available for the right candidate.
This will be a varied role with a strong focus on detail, we are looking for someone that takes pride in their ability to make a team successful and utilises the internal and external systems and processes.
Key Duties but not limited to:
- Manage subcontractor tickets of work through the Work Order Management System
- Generate and issue month end payment claims to subcontractors
- Monitor the construction works against the BoQ and field records to ensure all works are being completed and captured
- Monitor construction execution and report delays and discrepancies to the construction team
- Identify changes and variations to the planned works and prepare client notifications in conjunction with the Engineers
- Previous experience within a Project Account or Administration role
- Finance Administration and Project based experience is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail, highly motivated with personal drive
- Intermediate Word and Excel, with SAP experience favourable
- The ability to manage tasks and responsibilities efficiently and effectively
