About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated team member to join us as a Project Coordinator in Canning Vale, WA. This is a busy role in a dynamic and fast paced environment. You will take ownership of your designated part of the WA & NT job schedule (excluding parts orders) and show commitment to the highest standards of communication, quality, and safety. Foster repeat business by drawing the best from our design, production, and subbie installation teams to ensure consistently maximized outcomes for our customers and the company.
Your days will be busy and varied, and will include:
- Schedules and proactively oversees all designated live projects within WA/NT.
- Creation & management of purchase orders for installers & other subcontractors
- Co-ordination of safety or quality documentation as required by customers
- Manages projects before, during & after installation
- Maintaining of ERP System
- Sales support and quoting
- General Responsibilities
