Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Furniture Fitting & Equipment (FF&E) component of the hospital project, ensuring all aspects are delivered to the highest standard.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and the project management team, to ensure seamless installations & operation.
- Manage documentation related to the FF&E manuals etc, including compliance certificates, handover documents, and defect lists.
- Facilitate communication across different departments to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Building, Engineering or Property related degree
- Proven experience in project coordination within the building industry, preferably in healthcare projects
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
