Project Coordinator Role - Major Hospital Project (FF&E)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Furniture Fitting & Equipment (FF&E) component of the hospital project, ensuring all aspects are delivered to the highest standard.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and the project management team, to ensure seamless installations & operation.
• Manage documentation related to the FF&E manuals etc, including compliance certificates, handover documents, and defect lists.
• Facilitate communication across different departments to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Building, Engineering or Property related degree
• Proven experience in project coordination within the building industry, preferably in healthcare projects
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
