Position Overview
We are currently searching for a driven and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Sales team.
Working closely with our Business Development Managers, you will play an essential role in converting contact leads into project opportunities.
This position requires strong relationship building skills, being proactive, and an attention-to-detail to convert projects into the sales funnel. This is an integral part of our sales system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Qualifying leads – effectively capturing, qualifying and nurturing inbound contact leads to set up project opportunities.
• Scheduling meetings with prospective clients for BDMs.
• Customer Experience – Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to deliver a high standard of customer service.
• Product knowledge – learn our product systems and capabilities.
• Administration – Meticulously record customer enquiries and job information details into the CRM database. Manage inbound and outbound calls and meet measured KPIs focusing on quality of service.
Qualifications and Skills:
• 2 years’ experience in a similar administration role
• Proficiency in CRM data software (e.g. Hubspot and Salesforce) and MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail
