What's on offer?
We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced Project Coordinator for our long term NBN Projects within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business in WA. This role is based in Bunbury, WA. In this role you'll be responsible for:
Working with the project manager, design and construction peers, site supervision, field crews and subcontractors to complete communications projects in line with established processes and high standards
Ensure project milestones are tracked, maintained and updated FSM (Dynamics 365)
Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure agreed internal OLA and client SLA's are met
Contributing to the development of project processes
Monitoring project completion milestones to ensure that project completions within deadline
Identifying bottlenecks, defect managements, and ensure report/notes are distributed in time
Completing, compiling, and submitting PC documents in line with client requirements.
How you'll connect to the role:
Experience in telecommunications or construction environment will be highly regarded
QA background from a desktop point of view would be advantageous
Previous experience compiling handover documents would be advantageous
The ability to create detailed Excel spreadsheets and reports
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and continuous improvement focus
Dynamics 365 experience would be advantageous
