What does the job look like?
As a Project Coordinator, you will be the key liaison between multiple stakeholders, taking ownership of project operational activities, executing plans and initiatives to support the business' goals. You will be actively managing the daily aspects of project work, identifying and finding effective solutions to any issues. Key areas:
Taking charge of new projects
Coordinate all aspects of project planning and implementation including assessing requirements, setting goals and objectives
Act as an escalation point for customers’ operational issues, incident management and fault resolution
Effective stakeholder liaison maintaining positive working relationships
Participate in budgeting, planning and forecasting
Preparing project reports: WIP, developments, outcomes and escalations
Translating user stories and data to “lay-man’s language”
Are you the one?
You thoroughly enjoy taking on unchartered territories with new projects consistently flowing. You are comfortable mapping out work, planning and managing all aspects from start to completion. Your high energy is infectious, and your stakeholders are excited to work with you. You must demonstrate:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting strict deadlines
Solid business acumen, judgement and good financial understanding
High level of accuracy, numeracy and detail oriented
Comprehension of Service Level Agreements
Impeccable communication skills and a relationship builder
Excellent organisational skills, ability to multitask and prioritise work
Work in a collaborative and supportive spirit to achieve the best possible outcomes
Strong using MS Applications and other systems. High Excel knowledge
