Tasks and responsibilities
- Coordinating and scheduling various trades, suppliers, and contractors, fostering clear communication regarding expected timelines.
- Managing purchase orders, supplier invoices, and compiling project invoices.
- Collaborating closely with Project Managers to align with client expectations and desired outcomes.

- Maintaining accurate project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, meeting minutes, and project files.
Qualifications and experiences
- Experience within the construction industry (commercial or residential).
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently and thriving under pressure.
- Familiarity with large-scale rebuilds and restoration methods, including equipment and techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate effectively.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Appropriate IT skills.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Procore is advantageous.
