Plumbing Industry Climate Action Centre (PICAC) is an industry led training partnership that incorporates five Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).
PICAC operates multiple Centres of Excellence in the delivery of high-quality training and professional development for the plumbing, fire protection and mechanical services Industries across Australia.
We are actively recruiting for a Project Coordinator on a 1 year fixed-term arrangement to oversee the Upskilling Plumbers Program. This is a non-accredited course focussing on Hot water system heat pumps and their energy-efficient electric systems. This program is targeted towards registered and licenced plumbers, along with fourth-year apprentices, to have the skills necessary to install hot water system heat pumps.
Some of the key Responsibilities will include:
- End to end management of the training delivery associated with this program
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in the delivery and promotion of this course
- Vettrak administration associated with enrolling to resulting students
- Field program queries through a combination of phone, email and walk ins
- Enrol, monitor progress and outcomes of students in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Compile data for monthly reporting
This position is an autonomous role working closely with PICAC's Marketing Specialist and Operations team in ensuring the delivery of this program. It is well suited to an individual with experience in project management.
Relevant Experience & Qualifications
- Experience with project management
- A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willing to obtain
- Event planning and scheduling experience (desirable)
- Experience in RTO Administration (desirable)
