About you
You are able to manage and maintain a repository for all controlled project documentation and procedure and have experience identifying, implementing and maintaining efficient administrative support to projects. You have exceptional experience co-ordinating project reporting, including planning, analysis and project status reports.
About the role
The Project Co-ordinator is responsible for performing day to day tasks assisting the Case Management PMO team with provision of project administration and project across multiple streams of projects. Document team meetings and assist with Program Reporting for Timelines, Risks, Issues and Actions on behalf of Streams. The Project Co-ordinator will cover team logistics, Schedules Steering Committee meetings, Stream lead meetings, Organise travel.
To be successful in this role you will have:
A minimum of 3 years working in administration/co-ordination roles preferably with project teams
Experience providing administrative support in tracking and reporting progress and performance of multiple projects, maintaining plans regarding time frames and resourcing, providing process administration support, contributing to quality control
Experience co-ordinaing internal meetings as required, draft agendas, produce minutes and follow-up on action items
Can assist Program/Project Managers in developing and maintaining project documentation including project schedules, issue and risk registers and financial reporting
Proficient with Microsoft Collaboration tools (Office 365, Teams, Sharepoint)
Excellent administrative skills, coupled with an understanding of the project life cycle, project documentation, project standards and methodologies.
Ability to work according to strict deadlines and manage various demands.
Accuracy, attention to detail and highly organised.
