This business specialises in cutting-edge solutions for the retail environment and are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join as a Project Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing customer details using our CRM application. Your tasks will include maintaining comprehensive project documentation, coordinating installation timelines with customers and third-party contractors, and collaborating closely with the technical department on site plan design and product configuration. You will play a crucial role in the quality assurance process by reviewing all site plans before issuance to clients and working with third-party contractors to compile quotes for end-client quotations.
Additionally, you will conduct daily follow-ups on installation progress, create field service tickets, and maintain regular communication with third-party vendors, customers, and logistics providers. Your role will also involve monitoring stock and spare parts of third-party contractors, adhering to standard operating procedures, and performing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience preferable, related to the retail environment.
- Ideally Prince2 certification or other project management qualification.
- Experience in managing client information in a CRM platform (ideally Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are a must to ensure cooperation and positive results.
- Retail experience would be advantageous.
- Proficient Microsoft Office.
- Ability to write reports and correspondence.
- Attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent time management skills.
