Reporting to the Project Support Branch Manager, the Project Support Administrator will providing a high level of administrative support to the designated department. This role involves overseeing team rosters, training matrices, personnel qualifications, and managing all necessary audits (Safety, Quality, CPS, and CC) to ensure adherence to applicable WesTrac policies and procedures.
The Project Support Administrator will also be responsible for efficiently managing site mobilisation needs for teams, verifying accurate daily timesheet entries, updating qualifications / records, and organising inductions within the assigned area of responsibility. Additionally, the position will include ensuring store safety supplies (PPE), personnel uniforms and department stationary inventory are managed inclusive of job file archiving as directed by line leaders.
Due to the nature of the position reasonable additional tasks/hours may be required as requested by PSG management to provide vital support to the various branches/locations within the designated area.

To be successful the following is required:
- Previous experience in an administration or similar role
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
- Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
- Advanced computer literacy skills - MS Office and relevant internet-based applications
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
Desirables:
- Experience in a customer service role
- Previous experience in a reception role and managing a switchboard
- Previous experience ensuring quality assurance and audit control
- Previous exposure to WesTrac systems Experience and Knowledge
