About the Role:
Initially based in Sydney, this individual will be reporting to our site project leadership team, planning, scheduling and assisting in the overall construction of this project. You will also manage cost control and cash flow aspects of the project, ensuring that this is delivered on time, on budget and to a high quality. Once the project comes online, this individual will be required to relocate to site.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Utilize P6 to plan, schedule and program projects
- Control the master schedule for the project
- Cost control and cost management
- Report to senior management on progress for the project
- Liaise with site construction teams to keep schedules up to date and amend construction schedules where necessary
- Provide regular progress reports on live project to senior management
- Help foresee and overcome potential issues with the construction schedule and logistical elements of projects
- Tertiary qualification in an engineering discipline
- 2-5 years of construction industry experience; solar farm experience is highly preferred
- Prior experience within planning / scheduling and cost control of Renewable Energy projects
- Maintain high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
