- Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, schedules, and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and proactively identify and address any issues or delays that may arise.
- Assist in resource management, including procurement of materials and equipment, inventory management, and budget tracking.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
- Coordinate inspections, quality control measures, and safety protocols to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Support the Project Manager in risk management activities, including identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, including progress updates, budget expenditures, and any deviations from the project plan
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. (Desirable)
- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and best practices.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
