We are seeking a dynamic Project Coordinatorto join the Customer Implementation team, supporting the implementation and delivery of commercial deals and customer growth programs, unlocking customer savings and increasing Blackwoods revenue.

Bringing your outgoing and customer focused mindset to this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the wider Customer Strategy team and facilitate internal activities across a variety of functions.
This role is permanent full-time, and while we are ideally seeking someone based out of our Sydney offices, we are flexible on location for the right candidate!
What your new role entails:
- Supporting the development and implementation of a variety of projects, including Inter Departmental Customer Business Plans, Customer Strategy road maps for growth opportunities, and activities for Consolidation deals
- Owning day to day relationships with internal Blackwoods teams, facilitating communication, defining expectations, and holding each accountable for delivery
- Work with internal Customer Strategy team to establish, implement, and continually improve delivery processes to align to specific customer deals
- Drive the use of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and other suitable platforms to improve cross-functional collaboration and standardisation
- Report to the Delivery Lead on the progress of implementation, raising risks and issues as they arise
What you'll bring with you:
- Excellent prioritisation skills, assessing project tasks and executable plans, managing competing priorities to ensure on time delivery with tight deadlines
- A logical, proactive and solutions focused mindset, with the ability to analyse and interpret information, identify risks, and show initiative to resolve issues
- Proven experience dealing with a variety of stakeholders, confidently building and managing strong relationships with all teams involved, including cross functional
- Previous experience understanding project requirements, developing fit for purpose solutions, and coordinating delivery of large scale projects will be highly regarded
