The Role
You'll enjoy unwavering support from senior management, including the Directors, throughout your journey in this role.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating design and engineering documentation
- Managing commercial and contractual correspondence
- Liaising with clients, sub-contractors, architects, and engineers
- Handling general administration tasks
- Reviewing drawings and programs of work
- Addressing safety and related issues

Are you suitable?
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Unrestricted work rights (Permanent Residence at least)
- Relevant qualifications in Construction or Engineering
- Experience of 12-24 months in commercial construction with a head contractor
- Specialisation in either Design Coordination or Services Coordination
- Strong communication skills
