The Indigo Delivery Branch (IDB) is part of the CIOD and is responsible for:
Tranche 1 Agile Delivery Teams (ADTs) - multidisciplinary teams building and implementing foundational technology, stabilising the ICT operating environment, and mitigating the risks of aging systems;
Tranche 2 ADTs - multidisciplinary teams building and implementing solutions to re-engineer business processes and replace aging electoral systems with modern, secure, and agile technologies.
Systems Teams - multidisciplinary teams building the Agile development environment for the Program, including developing and maintaining the continuous delivery pipeline, and facilitating releases.

The key duties of the position include
The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Delivery Director, Program Manager and Systems Teams, working with limited supervision to provide administrative support that enables the successful delivery of Tranche 2 of the Program.
The role will make important contributions to monitoring the Systems Teams' work progress, including the monitoring and analysing of project outputs and outcomes; coordinating quality assurance practices; and monitoring performance indicators.
The Project Coordinator will also contribute to the preparation of important correspondence, briefings, papers, reports, and other written artefacts, requiring strong attention to detail. The role will coordinate delivery activities including, but not limited to, testing, releases, and maintenance of the continuous delivery pipeline.

Desirable
- Experience providing administrative support for an IT transformation project/program in the Federal Government context.
- Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant working experience in Information Technology, Business Administration or a similar field.
- Proficiency in using IT tools to maintain project/program records and information (e.g., MS Suite, SharePoint, Objective and Azure DevOps)
- Experience in Agile ways of working, such as SCRUM and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
