About the role
Main tasks: The primary function of your role is to support the sales and project team.
Other tasks:
- Represent the business as the first point of contact on the showroom floor
- Manage customer enquiries over the phone, via email, and face-to-face
- Support the team with administration and project tasks
- Assist in the creation and submission of tenders
- Offer ad hoc help to team members and external partners like architects and designers
- Report on project progress and results to management.

What you must have to apply for this role:
- Experience working with building or architectural products, ideally in a retail or showroom environment
- An interest in the sector, plus a desire to learn & develop a successful career
- Skills in communicating with different customer types, colleagues, & stakeholders
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- Experience in the lighting industry
- Familiarity with sales, customer service, administration, or project support
