The Digital Services business unit manages the design, delivery, and promotion of a portfolio of online products, services, and projects. The current portfolio includes Education Lending Rights, (ELR) is conducted by (ESA) on behalf of the Australian Government’s Office for the Arts. The purpose of the survey is to determine an estimate of the number of copies of books available in Australian school libraries.

The role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Project Coordinator to manage the day-to-day activities of our ELR project delivery.
Five month contract, with opportunity for extension.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders internally and externally
- Ensure project deliverables are meeting timelines and budget
- Work collaboratively with our technology, finance, legal, marketing teams. for all product related enquiries or issues
- Ensure all legal and privacy requirements are met.
- Work closely with the Data team to process survey data and prepare reports of the Office of the Arts
- Proactively monitor project operations, mitigating risks, resolving issues, and refining processes as required.
- Work with the Marketing and Communication team to plan and prepare all ELR promotion
- Keep project on schedule including managing the progress of survey returns and maintaining the Access database.
About you
- You are highly organised, pro-active person, with attention to detail, and high-level interpersonal skills
- You have previous experience working in a digital service/project management, administration or similar role
- You have the ability to successfully engage with stakeholders to identify, articulate and address stakeholder needs and challenges.
- You have the ability to work in complex frameworks, problem solve and to analyse and develop solutions
- You have excellent presentation and communications skills
- Ideally you have worked on projects in the government or education industry.
