Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in creating project plans and schedules
- Coordinate project meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all team members.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between project team members, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment on objectives.
- Support resource management efforts, including scheduling, allocation, and utilization tracking.
- Help streamline project processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
