Job Description

Endeavour Group demerged from Woolworths in 2021 and as part of the transition is taking the opportunity to transform how we operate as an independent business and establish supporting technology.

The Project Coordinatorwill work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for organising and coordinating project management forums, meeting cadences, communicating with stakeholders, and tracking project progress, and providing some administrative support.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role

• Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project team members to ensure project goals are met.
• Organise project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and take meeting minutes.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, and status reports .
• Coordinate project activities and ensure they are aligned with overall project objectives.
• Support stream leaders and PM’s with PMO and related deliverables
• Play a key role to investigate variations actuals v forecasts and therefore require sound financial management experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
• Strong understanding of financial management - investigate variations actuals v forecasts
• Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Proficient in the use of applications including but not limited to presentation, spreadsheet, and word processing applications.
