You will be joining a national Property Development & Project Management Firm, has a solid pipeline of projects to help deliver & develop your expertise. On offer is:
- Permanent, full-time position
- Great salary package of $90,000 - $105,000 + Super
- Development plan to help with the promotion to a Contract Administrator or Junior Project Manager
- Work on a wide range of key construction projects from feasibility, development & design, construction & project management
About the Role:
You will work closely in supporting the Project Manager with the contract scope, documentation, cost planning and scheduling for the delivery of key development projects. You will have autonomy to manage the financials of your project. This is an office-based position in Newstead.
About You:
If you have had experience in Site Administration or Project Administration across construction projects and want to expand your project experience or try life on the developer/client side of the fence this is the ideal position for you. Experience with Procore will be advantage but not essential.
