Job Description:
SEM Windows Pty Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager or site supervisor to join our team in Dandenong South. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As the Project Manager/Site supervisor, you will collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to achieve project success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and execution for commercial projects, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate resources, including materials, equipment, and subcontractors, to support project needs.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, management, and project teams, to provide updates and ensure alignment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or site supervisor in the construction industry, with a focus on managing commercial projects. Minium 1-2 years experiences.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction methodologies, project management principles.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated.
