Project Coordinator - Signage

Woods & Co. are very happy to be partnering with a well-established signage manufacturing and installation business based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. This forward-thinking relationships-based business is in a position where they're looking to grow over the course of the rest of the year. 

They're looking for a driven and diligent Project Coordinator to join their office team to meet the demand of their tier 1 clientele.

• Coordinate projects alongside management with a full end-to-end lifecycle involving logistics with sub-contractors across different states including NSW and WA.

What do you do?

• Plan, organise and schedule projects to be successful and cost-positive. 
• Work with a key client to ensure outcomes are met and retain a positive relationship.
• Be involved in risk assessments to ensure a safe and positive workplace and job site. 
• Ensure projects are completed, being part of auditing standards to provide feedback and development to installation teams to continue internal growth. 
• Liaise with clients, internal stakeholders, and sub-contractors both onsite and over the phone/online to continuously retain and gain strong relationships. 

What do you need?

• Previous experience in the industry or a strong administrative focus in general.
• Strong computer skills including but not limited to the Microsoft Suite. 
• Fantastic people skills and the ability to communicate with people of all different backgrounds and experiences.
• Experience using project management software.
• Strong self motivated attitude and drive to take your career to the next level.
