Cranfield Professional Support services are recruiting for a Project Coordinator on behalf of a global Structural and Logistics company body based in Luscombe. This is a permanent position and is the perfect opportunity to join a friendly and collaborative team.
You will be joining a small team of Project Coordinators, reporting to the Contracts Manager and this position is integral to the overall success of the branch and projects.
As the Project Coordinator you will be responsible for the coordination and administration of the delivery and installations.
You will also play an integral role in managing client contracts and providing excellent customer service by assisting with the administration, planning, and contract execution of projects. More specifically, you will contribute to, and be responsible for:
- Coordinating delivery, installation, and removal projects
- Being the main point of contact for the client, subcontractors and suppliers
- Compilation of project files, ensuring completion of all required documents
- Booking all required subcontractors and suppliers
- Documenting and tracking of all projects related costs
- Creation and submission of required HSEQ paperwork
- Registering & coordinating Non-Conformances
- Raising purchase orders
- Invoicing the client for the works that have been completed.
To hit the ground running, you will bring:
- A good sense of humour coupled with a great work ethic to get the job done
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Project or Operational Support/Admin role
- Previous exposure to Construction, Building or Engineering industry (highly regarded)
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication, both written and verbal, and confidence liaising with a wide range of project stakeholders
- Excellent computer literacy, particularly within MS Excel & Sharepoint
