Duties & responsibilitiesAs a Project Director (PD) you will be expected to take a lead role in securing and retaining new local and national work with existing and new investor and landlord clients.To develop new and strategic business opportunities through a strong local network of contacts and business relationships such as Commercial, Retail and Industrial Investor sectors.When delivering complex projects, to accept total responsibility for the effective management of all phases of a project (or projects) from initial establishment to handover and project closure.
