Our opportunity

As a Project Lead - P2P, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the delivery of MirvacNext, a major Group-wide transformation program underpinned by an ERP implementation. This role is critical in driving project outcomes to support Mirvac's purpose to 're-imagine urban life' through customer-centric, digitally enabled, operating model that focuses on simplicity, consistency, and accountability to deliver optimum results to Mirvac.

In this role you will:

  • Work with the Business Owner to develop the functional business processes that will be enhanced & enabled by the new technology.
  • Work with the Business Owner to define key future state business activities, capabilities and controls that will be required across the value chain providing an end to end business perspective.
  • Be the Program Business SME for their designated Functional area and be accountable for the day to day management of project deliverables.
  • Engage with the business to ensure that appropriate business consultation and collaboration has taken place and requirements are well understood and translated to the project team.
  • Work with the program resources to understand and document functional & process requirements.
  • Work with the Business & Process Analysts to ensure that the 'as is' and 'to be' processes are documented and they align to agreed future state business activities.
  • Work with the Change Managers to understand and document the impact of the new capabilities and assist with rolling out change activities across the business to maximise adoption.
  • Work with the Training resources to ensure that the appropriate training programs are in place to uplift the people & process capabilities and maximise technology adoption.
  • Work with the Data resources and business Owners to ensure that the data cleansing activities and milestones are understood. Support the data cleansing and validation activities through data conversions and through to go-live.
  • Post go-live - Provide ad hoc support for users on relevant systems and processes, partnering with the business and digital to rapidly resolve issues
  • Facilitate training, partnering with the business (training material preparation, training delivery, identification of training needs, identification of business stakeholders to support / contribute)
Your point of difference
  • To be successful you will have previous experience as a business lead or in a similar role and hold relevant tertiary level qualifications and/or industry certifications across project management, transformation, change & communication.
  • Particular knowledge of project management/project planning and/or platform and systems transformations is highly regarded. As well as having a proven track record of achieving results through authentic influencing and relationship management skills.
  • Finally, an ability to think laterally and strategically, deal with ambiguity and complexity is desirable, along with strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
