About the Role
Based at Bapcor’s Mt. Waverley Head office with onsite parking and hybrid working arrangement, the PMO Coordinator role oversees the administration needs of projects and program to support overall governance and effective performance management.
This is a 12 Months Fixed Term opportunity with potential to extend or convert to a perm role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist PMO Manager and project team members in the planning and delivery of project activities including the preparation of project related documentation, tracking and monitoring of project timelines and budgets, and project reporting.
- Ensuring projects and projects documentation adhere to frameworks/Project Management methodology and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Prepare projects related reporting for the wider project team, management, and executives.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, presentations, maintain and administer Project Management tools, budget, schedule, and project registers.
- Create Project Management tools, templates, and processes.
- Maintain & administer project IP, Project management tools, Share Point and Teams project sites and documentation.
- Ensuring project documentation complies with established project guidelines, processes, and procedures.
- General administration duties such as processing time sheets, invoices and expense requests.

- Demonstrated experience in providing project support services and an understanding of Project Management methodologies
- Sound interpersonal skills, a proactive approach together with well-developed verbal and written communications skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research, interpret and analyse information (highly desirable).
- Experience working with Microsoft suite- PowerPoint, Excel, word etc
