Role Summary:
As a Logistics Coordinator / Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating logistics operations, overseeing the transportation and delivery of goods, and resolving any issues that arise. You are also tasked with planning and monitoring supply chain operations. Additionally, they often work on optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs, while maintaining strong communication with clients to understand and meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary communication link between clients and the logistics firm, ensuring clear and effective information exchange.
- Convert client needs into detailed logistics plans understandable by the team, facilitating efficient operations.
- Monitor and manage project timelines and delivery schedules to meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics activities, ensuring a smooth flow from client intake to execution.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the progress of their logistics projects, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Your Experience Should Look Like:
- Experience in the transport, logistics, and warehousing industry is preferred, but not necessary.
- Experience in retail, education, or healthcare is a bonus!
- Integrity, professionalism, and customer-focused problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
