Role Details
The role will coordinate and provide timely, high quality executive support and administrative services which contribute to the effective management of the Project Management Office (PMO). Plan, and undertake complex research, analysis and evaluation of specific topics related to the project work packages and prepare reports and recommendations as required to meet program objectives.Prepare and administer project updates, reviews, status, health checks and other Project Management activities in support of the PMO Project Manager.
- The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
- The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some work outside of normal hours will be required.
- Some interstate travel involving overnight absences will be required.
- This role requires a National Criminal History check.
