This organisation had a successful 2023 and have already been very busy with projects in 2024! This truly is looking like a strong year for my client, who also have a strong pipeline of work lined up for the next 2-3 years across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for an experience Project Manager with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry and passion for mentoring and teaching others. Previous medium-large, multi-residential project experience is necessary.

Your Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
- Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
- Ideally 5 years industry experience running your own projects $20m - $80m+
- Previous experience on multi-residential projects is necessary
