Project Manager

• Mining and Marine infrastructure remediation projects in the NT
• Suit Darwin residents - relocation assistance considered
• Construction, fabrication and repair works for tier one clients

Join our rapidly expanding Darwin operations and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of our structural and concrete remediation projects, including wharf repairs, structural concrete and blast & paint works.

You will gain exposure to tendering stages as well as leading the site teams and liaising directly with tier one mining and industrial clients.

THE ROLE

• Plan and coordinate works, equipment and personnel
• Assist with tendering, procurement and subcontractor engagement activities
• Drive HSEQ compliance
• Manage RFI’s, ITPs and Quality documentation
• Prepare and submit progress claims
• Monitor project costs
• Coordinate direct labour workforce and sub-contractors
• Program and schedule works
• Quantity take-offs
• Prepare tender submissions
• Undertake site inspections to ensure works are completed according to specification

ABOUT YOU

You will bring broad experience across multiple sectors, and expertise in the project management of construction and remediation projects, including:

• A trade or tertiary background with exposure to welding/ fabrication/ installation and surface treatment
• Knowledge of concrete remediation, wharf remediation and construction (desirable)
• Programming and planning skills
• Exceptional delivery skills, including budgeting, coordinating work priorities, cost control, stakeholder management, subcontractor management, documentation, statutory approvals, and leading project teams
• Experience working with top tier mining or oil & gas clientele with strengthen your application.
