About the Role
The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our implementation projects. Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Experience, you will be responsible for managing project schedules, understanding project scope, evaluating progress, and reporting on status. Your duties will also include identifying and mitigating risks, suggesting strategies, participating in project meetings, developing plans, and ensuring project integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Customer Experience to ensure seamless coordination of all project activities.
- Thoroughly comprehend project scope, dependencies, and requirements.
- Meticulously monitor project progress, quality, and accuracy.
- Organise and participate in project meetings, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Identify project risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Regularly report on project status and advancement to stakeholders.
- Efficiently support resources to achieve project objectives.
- Formulate project plans in collaboration with senior staff and clients.
- Assist in establishing project methodologies, strategies, and deliverables.
- Uphold project integrity by safeguarding quality documents and data.
- Foster and maintain relationships with project team members, clients, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, management, or related field preferred.
- Previous working experience in project management preferred.
- Possession of project management qualifications or certifications advantageous (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong teamwork skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to make informed decisions and think critically.
- Proficiency in problem-solving for addressing project challenges.
- Strong organisational and time management skills for meeting project deadlines.
