AddressProject Manager
You will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of various teams across Australia in finding, securing and developing sites for renewable energy projects. This is an opportunity to gain and/or build experience in the renewable energy industry.
You will report directly to the Director of Advantage Renewables and will provide informal and formal updates on progress on a weekly basis.
General Description and Responsibilities
- Coordination of various teams of people across Australia, both office-based and mobile personnel.
- Maintaining project management reporting documents and software, such as gantt charts and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Regular reporting (written and verbal) to internal and external stakeholders.
- The development and management of a database of project information in and around preselected suitable renewable energy sites in Australia. You will be given guidance and training on where to find this information and how to present it internally.
- Writing and quality checking landholder presentations and contracts from standard company templates. Training will be provided on how to do this.
- This is a full-time role, with flexible working hours and location. You will be required to come into the Melbourne CBD office at least two days per week, depending on your location.
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in related fields preferred.
- Ability to use a computer and standard computer packages such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Well-developed verbal, interpersonal, communication, facilitation and negotiation skills and ability to work well within and coordinate a team.
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple and competing objectives.
Compensation and Benefits
- This is a full-time salaried role, rate dependent on the candidate’s abilities and skill level.
